Cosmo is a sweet laid back little dog, who is looking for a quiet, peaceful life. Understandably he is a bit wary but is settling in with us nicely.<\/p>

1. Please fill in the form fully and accurately, your application may be delayed or overlooked due to omissions and missing information.<\/p>
