Tiny's Story
Tiny came into rescue very closed down and like most rescue dogs needed time to settle in and come out of his shell.
Tiny is a timid, sweet, quiet little golden oldie who is in good health but does have a low grade heart murmur like most Chihuahuas, but does not need medication.
He needs a very secure home and garden as he will look for an escape route. He gets on well with other dogs but can be nervous and will be most comfortable living in a peaceful home with only one or two other dogs.
Is Tiny the perfect match for you?
Character: Tiny is a sweet and timid boy. A quiet golden oldie.
Likes: He loves a peaceful home with a quiet secure garden to wander about in safely.
Dislikes: Too much noise and activity in the home.
Tiny’s needs: Ideally he would like a quiet, peaceful home with one or two other quieter dogs.
The Adoption process
1. Fill in an Application form. You can either use our online form and SUBMIT or use the print and fill form and email it back to us. Please fill in the forms as accurately and fully as possible. Missing information may cause your application to be delayed.
2. Once we have reviewed your application form, we will contact anyone shortlisted and discuss in more details about the dog and why we think you would be a good match. This is when we may arrange a home visit.
3. Once the home visit is completed and passed, We will discuss arrangements for the final stage of adoption.

We have a huge number of applications and each one is thoroughly assessed to match the right home for each dog. Our rescue is run purely by volunteers and we appreciate your patience with the time this can take.
We do not restrict how far we will travel for one of our DCR dog’s perfect homes. Our priority is matching the dog to the perfect home.
You can also Print and fill in the application form above and email it to suzannecallan@hotmail.com or post it to Suzanne.
